We specialise in a variety of therapeutic modalities for both clinical & non-clinical concerns ranging from adjustment issues, bullying, identity confusion, relationship & familial issues to specific mental health as well as sexual health related concerns, etc.

Assessments are used for a variety of purposes like examining personality, ability, interests, intelligence, learning disabilities, etc. They aid in creating subject specific interventions as well as to define future goals. Some of the assessments conducted by us are for the purposes of career counselling, understanding severity of certain disorders, learning disabilities, etc.

Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE)
CSE is instruction on issues relating to human sexuality, including emotional relations and responsibilities, human anatomy, sexual activity, sexual reproduction, consent, reproductive health & rights, safe sex, birth control and sexual abstinence, body positivity, etc.
We publish articles as well as conduct workshops for factually accurate & up-to-date information for all age groups ranging from children, teens, parents & educators.
